Mountain Biking

Arlberg and Vorarlberg regions are widely known as first-class mountain bike territory. Every biker will find his personal route, from challenging steep trails, for hard-core bikers, to easy-going paths to get started amid meadows and forests. 

Accommodating athletes from all levels and skills, the network of trails will take you from valleys and woods to mountain tops, offering multitude of rewarding scenic routes that combined with breaks to rest, at the traditional huts along the trails, will make you disconnect from your routine and recharge your batteries.   

It is worth mentioning the Burgwald biketrail in Lech which caters for all bikers from beginners to experienced offering berms, jumps, banked turns and other obstacles, and the El Dorado bike area at Werwall in Sankt Anton where among other things you would be able to test your skills on a pump truck.  

E-biking popularity is ramping up in the last years offering a handy alternative that ensures you can ride through the mountain landscapes even if you are not in the best shape. E-bikes can be rented in many sport shops along the region.
